Yes, that is correct! Beyond ensuring everyone’s safety, we believe our team plays an essential role in making you and your guests feel welcome and well looked after. From the little details to keeping everything running smoothly, we are there to make sure you can fully focus on your event while we take care of the rest.

Absolutely! We work with the official list of 14 allergens and can accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements. To ensure everything is carefully arranged, we kindly ask you to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at least one week before your event.

It is possible to work with an external caterer, although our preference is always to work with our trusted catering partners, who know our venues inside out. We are happy to discuss your plans and see whether an external caterer would be the right fit for your event and our venue.

Unfortunately, bringing your own food and drinks into our venues is not permitted. However, we offer a wide range of carefully selected catering options, with plenty of flavours and specialities to choose from. If you have something specific in mind, we are always happy to explore the possibilities together and find something that suits your wishes.

Absolutely! All our venues offer fast and reliable WiFi, making it easy to stay connected throughout the day. For hybrid meetings, we offer a Logitech video conferencing system, available upon request and arranged in advance. Simply let us know when planning your event, and we will make sure everything is ready for a smooth connection between your in-person and online participants.

Absolutely! Our venues are available for both daytime meetings and evening events, from workshops and presentations to private dinners and drinks. Please note that all events must end by 22:00 or 22:30 at the latest, depending on the venue.

Absolutely! We can accommodate groups of up to 60 guests, depending on the venue, your preferred setup and the purpose of your gathering. We are happy to help you find the venue that best suits your plans.

The Frederik is our wheelchair-accessible venue, located on the ground floor. Please note that the restroom facilities have some limitations. Unfortunately, our other venues are not wheelchair accessible, as they are located on upper floors without lift access. Feel free to get in touch to discuss your specific needs.

That depends on your plans, but here is our advice: for recurring meetings, we recommend booking as far ahead as possible. Tuesdays and Thursdays are our busiest days, so for those we suggest booking at least eight weeks in advance. The earlier you book, the more flexibility we can offer in scheduling, setup and your choice of venue.

Parking in the heart of Amsterdam can be a little challenging, but we are happy to help. Street parking is available near our venues, and the Q-Park Prins & Keizer car park is within walking distance. We can arrange parking exit tickets for your guests upon request, with the costs simply added to your final invoice.

Alternatively, guests can reserve their own parking space through ParkBee. After booking your event with us, you will receive a 20% discount code for all ParkBee locations in Amsterdam.

Absolutely! Our venues offer a range of flexible setups to suit your meeting, workshop or event. Simply let us know your preferred setup in advance, and we will make sure everything is arranged and ready for your arrival.

Unfortunately, removing furniture from our venues is not possible, but we are happy to explore different setups to suit your event. Please note that some pieces cannot be moved due to their weight or antique value, as they are part of the venue’s unique character. We kindly ask you to discuss your preferred setup with us in advance, so we can explore the possibilities together.

Absolutely! We are happy to think along with you from start to finish. From personalised name cards and catering recommendations to team activities and special touches, we love helping you bring your ideas to life. Whatever you have in mind, just let us know and we will explore the possibilities together!

We make sure everything is ready for your arrival, so you can focus on what matters most. Our venue hire includes:

- Furniture: Tables and chairs arranged in your preferred setup.

- WiFi: Fast and reliable internet throughout the venue.

- Climate control: Heating and air conditioning to keep the space comfortable throughout the year.

- Audiovisual equipment: A large LCD screen and Sonos sound system for background music.

- Lighting: Adjustable lighting to create the right atmosphere for your event.

- Workshop materials: Flip charts, Post-it notes, markers, notepads and other essentials for productive sessions.

Everything is thoughtfully prepared, so you can arrive, settle in and make the most of your day.

If you need to cancel your booking, either in full or in part, our cancellation terms and conditions will apply. Please note that our external suppliers may have different cancellation policies. Any cancellation fees charged by these suppliers will be passed on in full and added to your final invoice.

• Cancellations up to 8 weeks before the booked date are free of charge.
• Cancellations less than 8 weeks and more than 4 week before the booked date, 20% of the latest quoted amount will be charged.  
• Cancellations less than 4 weeks and more than 2 weeks before the booked date, 60% of the latest quoted amount will be charged.
• Cancellations within 2 weeks before the booked date, 100% of the latest quoted amount will be charged.

We always aim to find a solution that works for both parties. If there is flexibility to make changes to your booking, we will be happy to explore the possibilities together.
