Located on the ground floor, The Frederik offers a spacious main room with a flexible setup and direct access to its private inner garden. At the front of the venue, you will find an open kitchen and dining area, creating a welcoming place for coffee breaks, lunch or informal conversations throughout the day.
Two separate breakout rooms offer space for smaller sessions or focused group work, making it easy to move between plenary and breakout sessions without leaving the venue. The private garden adds another setting to step outside, take a break or continue the conversation.
With its different rooms, flexible layout and homely atmosphere, The Frederik is a flexible setting for meetings, workshops, training sessions and events.
The venue rental includes WiFi, two flip overs an 80-inch LCD screen, a Sonos sound system, workshop materials, and Air conditioning. You have a private excess to the building.
The Frederik offers a flexible plenary space that can be adapted to suit different group sizes and types of sessions. Choose from a boardroom, carré, theatre or cabaret setup, depending on how you want to meet, work or present. The venue can accommodate up to 50 guests, depending on the chosen setup.
The Frederik is centrally located near Frederiksplein and Utrechtsestraat and is easily accessible by bike, tram and metro. Several public transport stops are within walking distance, providing easy connections to Amsterdam Central Station and other parts of the city.
For guests arriving by car, street parking is available nearby. Q-Park Prins & Keizer is approximately a 10-minute walk from the venue, and exit tickets can be arranged upon request and added to the final invoice.
