Altura invited bid professionals to a masterclass on what truly makes a plan a winning one. House of Tenders guided the room through the five success factors of a strong plan, sharing practical insights that participants could put to use straight away. In a light-filled room with tall windows overlooking the greenery, there was space to listen and, above all, to talk with one another.
